What I find absolutely hilarious about this whole situation is everyone has convinced themselves Newey is going to Ferrari and that’s absolute BULLSHIT 😂😂 - Ferrari have been trying to sign him for 18 years most recently just months back when he signed a new deal with RB but he has always said the same thing “A move to Ferrari isn’t right for me, or my family” - the delusion of people..and media is not helping!

In yet another season where the winner of every race is almost guaranteed, a particular website is asking: Should F1 have more sprint races and point? About half of the drivers possibly more dont like them, that applies to the teams as well. The fans, supporters and followers of the sport more or less say the same, they dont like them. As a Figure - The sport is about 65% against them possibly more. As a figure - The Fans, supporters and followers its about the same. As for the points - My opinion is that points should be given to all drivers that start the race but dont increase the points for the winner, 25 is enough with the fastest lap point being given to the fastet driver no matter where they finish and stop giving a fastest lap point to the team. If theres one time that the FIA and Liberty Media should ask the teams and the public about something its now. But they wont. They need to listen to the majority - The majority being all the fans, supporters and followers, the people that dont get to any race anywhere during any season. Stating the bloody obvious, theere are more fans, supporters and followers that watch every race on TV live or watch highlights somewhere because it isnt broadcast live in their country than attend every race annually, yet those people dont get a say. Its that voice the sport needs to listen to not the voice within the governing body, Liberty Media or the broadcaster racking in billions annually. If the majority say keep sprint races, they stay, if they say no, they go. A one off vote, counted independently not through Sky, Liberty media or the FIA. Its bad enough that we are watching the sport we all love with an almost guarenteed out come, at least give those, the unseen majority, that are keeping the sport alive, a chance to say something. Its a simple question: Keep Sprints: Yes No More points: Yes No 2 simple questions with 4 simple answers. But they wont do it I can almost guarantee someone will reply with: Keep the sprints but or more points but. They are yes and no answeres.
